Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns/Exchanges are available on select items only
  • Return window: 3 days from delivery
  • Product eligibility is mentioned on each product page
  • Policy may change without prior notice

📦 Pickup Note:

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product

💰 Charges:

  • Return/Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the case

⚠️ Important Return Conditions

To be eligible for return/exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging & invoice must be intact
  • Items without tags will not be accepted
  • Customized products are non-returnable
  • Request must be raised within the valid return period

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized / personalized products
  • Items purchased during sale / clearance / offers
  • Used, damaged, or washed items

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after product inspection & approval
  • Once approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days

  • Prepaid Orders:
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment source (UPI / Card / Net Banking)
  • COD Orders:
  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer / UPI (customer details required)
  • Shipping Charges:

  • Partial Refunds:
  • May be applicable if item is returned in improper condition
  • Delayed Refunds:
