- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns/Exchanges are available on select items only
- Return window: 3 days from delivery
- Product eligibility is mentioned on each product page
- Policy may change without prior notice
📦 Pickup Note:
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product
💰 Charges:
- Return/Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the case
⚠️ Important Return Conditions
To be eligible for return/exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging & invoice must be intact
- Items without tags will not be accepted
- Customized products are non-returnable
- Request must be raised within the valid return period
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Customized / personalized products
- Items purchased during sale / clearance / offers
- Used, damaged, or washed items
💳 Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after product inspection & approval
- Once approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days

- Prepaid Orders:
- Refund will be credited to the original payment source (UPI / Card / Net Banking)
- COD Orders:
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer / UPI (customer details required)
- Shipping Charges:
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Partial Refunds:
- May be applicable if item is returned in improper condition
- Delayed Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please contact support
